This thing drove me crazy and I know it did the same to you, you twist and turn it up, give it your time, blood, sweat, and tears, and then you put it in a cabinet or some godforsaken Toy box never to be played with again.
Meta ads can cause the same horror.
Meta ads hit you with soooo many options and choices, that Sherlock Holmes doesn't have a clue what to do.
And you know what’s messed about it?
Meta knows damn well most business owners Can't navigate through the ad platform!
These next few minutes will be an eye-opener, I’ll expose how Meta is trying to pull wool over your eyes, and you can turn the tables on them.

Just ask the millions of business owners who couldn't resist pushing this button.
This bad boy makes Meta a whopping $100 billion a year.
So it’s safe to say that their luring tactics are on point.
They overwhelm you with so many mind-boggling options you can't help but click the boost button, it's so simple, we all love simple things.
The boost button is a horrible way to waste your money on ads.
Don't fall into the trap of thinking boosting your ads will get you targeted prospects, the only thing you'll get is wasted money and discouragement.
Meta makes the boost button seem like magic for getting leads, especially to a person who doesn't have skin in the game, but remember this, Meta has investors to pay.
This is the punishment for pressing the ‘Boost’
I’m not going to totally bash Meta’s boost button.
There are some good qualities like you can get good exposure, but it won't be people that buy from you unless you're selling money because you have a money printing machine.
Then it won't matter who sees your ad, because Anybody would buy money for half price.
If that's the case… you should use the boost button until your face turns blue like the hundred-dollar bill.
But if you have a product or service that needs a targeted clientele… stay away from the Meta’s boost button.
Meta ads is still the mecca of growing any business, but you have to use them right and not push buttons because they say boost on them.
Here is the issue with using the boost button:
You’re limited to only the post types that exist for organic posts.
You can’t target the audience based on an action you want them to take.
You can’t square photos, or graph the headline, the headline is the meat and potatoes of an ad.
You will be stuck running an ad on Facebook, the boost won't send your ad to Instagram.
So… how Should you handle this?
The best option is to use Meta ads tools.
It gives you better options, more high-level targeting, and most of all… WAY more results.
Please do yourself a favor Don't throw your money away by using the boost post option, EVER.
